What an impressive man (“Man of Steel”) this author is! BIG equipment mechanic, inventor, navy man, musician, and so much more. Here, he’s looking at a copy of his completed book, and we’re guessing thumbing through to find page 35 where the words to a song he wrote begin. Also preserved in the book are the circumstances of his writing that song—while he was on night watch in the ’60s on an aircraft carrier. He wrote this first installment of his life story for his family and friends, and has started a second volume to bring the narrative up to the present day.
